NJ NAIOP: DCA Makes Progress, but Change Comes with Pain - Citybizlist New York
NJ NAIOP: DCA Makes Progress, but Change Comes with Pain - Citybizlist New York: "On the industrial side, asked about the pending improvements to raise the Bayonne Bridge, aimed at making the ports of Newark and Elizabeth more accessible to the new generation of super ships, and how it might impact the regional marketplace, Alex Klatskin of Forsgate Industrial Partners suggested the possibility of a "bigger boom" for Pennsylvania than other parts of the multi-state region. But in any case, "raising the bridge will have a great regional effect, and consumers in the New York City metropolitan area are still driving industrial demand in the region," said Klatskin, who also serves as chairman of NAIOP Corporate."

Our beautiful Bayonne Bridge is threatened by rust: letter | NJ.com
Our beautiful Bayonne Bridge is threatened by rust: letter | NJ.com: Opened when my father of 86 was just a boy, it is still the pride of our city and the vital link between us and Staten Island. Having lived out of Bayonne for many years, I was sadly surprised to see how badly rust has been allowed to grow on the Bayonne Bridge. And not only are the guard rails along the roadway badly rusted, but more importantly the girders under the roadway, forming the base of the great arches on both the Bayonne and Staten Island sides, are rusting. And some very badly. 'via Blog this'
