Port Authority announces its 2015 budget via Twitter | NJ.com: "The $7.8 billion combined spending plan includes: a $2.9 billion operating budget; $1.1 billion in debt service; and a $3.6 billion capital plan highlighted by continuing work on the Bayonne Bridge roadway raising, replacement of the Goethals Bridge, overhauls of the George Washington Bridge and Lincoln Tunnel Helix, and completion of the transportation hub plus other work at the World Trade Center site, which makes up 45 percent of capital costs."
