Port Authority of New York and New Jersey plans to take space at 80 Pine St. in lower Manhattan
Crain's New York Business: "The new space will house the Port Authority's office of major capital projects, including the World Trade Center construction department, managed by Steve Plate, the agency's chief of major capital projects. Staff such as construction managers, architects, engineers and administrative personnel working on the WTC site and other undertakings, including a planned redevelopment of the Port Authority Bus Terminal, the Gateway tunnel and an ongoing project to increase the height of the Bayonne Bridge, will relocate to the space by the end of the year."
