Bayonne's Development Rush Continues As Four More Projects Move Forward

Jersey Digs: "A new residential project is coming to 175 West 7th Street in Bayonne. The site, located at the corner of John F. Kennedy Boulevard, adjacent to the entrance to the northbound lanes of Route 440, is situated at one of the most visible locations in the city, in that it is visible to all drivers approaching or leaving the Bayonne Bridge. According to a legal notice, when completed, the building will be five stories tall and contain 56 luxury residential units. One parking space will be provided on-site for each residential unit."
