NJ.com: "Jersey City was likely slammed for the high car insurance rates and gas prices typical of the New Jersey-New York metropolitan area, as well as more local issues like constant road closures and construction in the surrounding area (the Pulaski Skyway rehabilitation project, the Bayonne Bridge raising, etc.) and scarce parking in some areas."
