A new Goethals Bridge comes into sight

SILive.com: "The new Goethals will feature three 12-foot-wide travel lanes in each direction. There will also be a full 12-foot-wide shoulder and five-foot-wide emergency shoulder in each direction, as well as a 10-foot-wide pathway for pedestrians and cyclists on the westbound side."
