Senate President Steve Sweeney, and fellow Senators Loretta Weinberg and Sandra Cunningham take a boat tour with others that will address the need to fund the Transportation Trust Fund. Led by the Sandy Hook Pilots Association, the tour goes by the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, under the Bayonne Bridge, past ongoing port dredging projects and up along to Port Newark."
