Port Authority finalizes plan to open Bayonne Bridge on Sundays

NJ.com: "Port Authority officials said yesterday that the Bayonne Bridge, normally closed for construction on weekends, will open at 3 p.m. Sundays and hopefully alleviate some of the massive traffic jams that have occurred the past two weekends."
