Shippers question why Hanjin ships call some US ports but not others

JOC.com: "However, terminal operators in the United States are refusing to load Hanjin export containers, and empty containers, onto vessels, and that presents a problem for Maher. In order for the Miami to proceed outbound under the Bayonne Bridge, it needs loaded export containers aboard to weigh it down sufficiently in the water so it can fit under the bridge. A Hanjin vessel has also been drifting off the coast of Georgia, but there was no word from the Georgia Ports Authority as to when the vessel will proceed to berth."
